Turn Around Time (TAT)

1-5 business days: Eliza Jane Boutique Section and items in our Ready to Ship section.

5-10 business days: All made-to-order items (not in the Ready to Ship section/filter) these items include Accessories, Cups/Drinkware, Resin Art, and Graphic Tees.

Up to 14 business days: Pre-order Graphic Tees, TAT starts after the preorder is closed.

2-4 weeks: Bulk custom orders.

Turnaround Time (TAT)

Important Information

If you order more than one item with a different TAT than the other item, your TAT for that order will be the greater one. Example: Order of a Ready to Ship item and a graphic tee - the TAT is 5 to 10 business days for both items. This is because they will ship together.

* When ordering pre-order graphic tees: if you have anything else in your order that is not a pre-order, those items will be shipped out with your pre-order item. If you want your non pre-order items before the closing and TAT of the pre-order items you will need to make sure you do not have a pre-order item in your cart at checkout.

Weekends, Holidays, and personal vacation days are not included in the TAT.

TAT does not include shipping time.
